Dairyland Farm World

"Enjoy the fun of an all weather attraction providing entertainment for the whole family…rain or shine"

Dairyland Farm World, near Newquay is the very popular adventure park, perfect for all ages! There’s so much adventure to be found here - from slides, nature trails and museum tours to get stuck into. Stroll around the farm and meet new furry friends, but do refrain from taking them home with you! The kids will adore the pony rides, and have the chance to get up close and personal with ‘Pat A Pet’, stroking their favourite animals and giving them something to nibble on! They’ll never want to come home!

Find shelter and tonnes of fun within Dairyland’s Bull Pen, a massive indoor play area where mum and dad can join in with the fun! If the older children are after something a little more exhilarating, let them meet the drop slide…Tumble Tower! Parties are held here all year round and it’s the perfect location for everyone to join in.

Find yourself sat upon a tractor and take a ride around the farm, or perhaps you’d like to take a little tour of the milking parlour? There’s something to suit everyone! When all of the fun has died down, head on down to Clarabelles Kitchen Café. You can try all sorts of Cornish produce or make your way down to the Country Gift Shop and find a little something to take home with you.

Callestick Farm

"The ice cream is to die for"

Family run Callestick Farm, located in Truro is the place to go for the dreamiest and creamiest Cornish ice cream…They have been making award-winning ice cream for more than 26 years! They’re proud to have a farm that produces their own pure wholesome milk, local cream and the finest fruits and confectionary around. Watch as the cows roam the pastures during the summer months and then find shelter inside, when the Cornish weather is in full force.

Step foot into the viewing gallery and take a peek behind the scenes and watch Sebastian and the team hard at work in the ice cream factory. If the viewing gallery is quiet, take a seat in the DVD viewing gallery, sit back and gain an insight into the rich history and magic behind Callestick Farm. In the summer, you will catch sight of the wonderful collection of farm animals for the whole family to enjoy, including chicken, pigs, shire horses and if you’re lucky calves!

Towards the end of your trip grab some delicious cake and enjoy a cuppa at their tearoom. Don’t forget to get your hands on an ice cream if you haven’t already! The gift shop is perfect for a nose around, as there’s plenty of local produce to take home with you before you leave.
