Following several years of creating first class cuisine at The Garrack Hotel, St. Ives, executive chef has relocated to St. Andrew's St Bistro, St. Ives, which was reopened just months ago and has already established a glowing reputation. The homely and beautifully furnished French bistro inspired food has proved a hit with locals and tourists alike.

Mr O'Brien masterfully uses fresh and perfectly prepared local produce, seafood and meats and the Bistro serves the best beef bourguignon that you're likely to eat outside of France. Other classics include coq au vin and belly pork, as well as fish and vegetarian options, all with a modern twist. Starters range from exquisite French onion soup to sharp and fresh crab linguine, preceded by a complimentary board of home made bread and olive oil to welcome you. Daily specials are also made available by the kitchen.

Sunday lunches and dinners have proven to be consistently popular, with many customers returning time and time again to warm up with a hearty and freshly prepared roast topside of St Just beef or loin of St. Buryan belly pork accompanied by home made Yorkshire puddings, roast potatoes and seasonal fresh vegetables. And if there's any room left for homemade dessert then look no further than the blackboard for choices such as traditional sticky toffee pudding or chocolate mousse with white chocolate ice cream. But if you just can't manage a dessert then complimentary Scottish Tunnock's Teacakes are served to finish off your delicious dinner.

The Bistro also boasts a wide selection of wines and spirits, including those specially selected to accompany the food on offer, for example the Gewürztraminer, Riesling d’Alsace, proves to be the perfect match for the belly pork from the main menu. Customers are encouraged to notify staff if they would like any specialty beverages ordered in for their next visit. Also available are a range of barista made coffees and a variety of teas. Make sure to sample the seasonal Pumpkin Spice Latte, a perfect winter warmer.

Booking for dinner must be made prior to using voucher. Booking times are between 18:00 and 20:00. It will be valid for 6 months from the day of winning. It cannot be exchanged for cash or another voucher with St Andrew's St. Bistro.

It can be used as whole or as part of the final bill.
